Mason's Hot Wheels Swimming Party

Grandmother & Pops delivered birthday presents to Mason from Chris, Julie, & Kendall and also from Paula and John. Mason was anxious to open them, so we let him before we left for his 6th birthday party!

Mason wanted to have another swim party this year. As soon as the party started the kids stayed very active and I could hardly get any pictures. We had the party at the indoor Lifetime Pool and it is big.

Many of Mason's friends decided to gang up and chase him through the pool. They all had a lot of laughs.

When we moved to the party room, 2 little girls from Mason's class (Ally and Lindsey) were saving Mason a seat in between them.

He laughed a lot at his friends!

Gigi made an awesome Hot Wheels cake for Mason's 6th birthday.

Again, Mason seems surrounded by loving girls...

Happy Birthday to YOU baby boy!! I love you!

Sweet & Sassy

Maya's friend Hannah had her birthday party at Sweet and Sassy. Maya was in Heaven... dress up, make up, fingernails painted, dancing, singing, walking the runway....

Maya and Hannah getting their nails done...

Paloma and Maya walking the runway...

Hannah, the birthday girl, had to be rolled down the walk way..she had surgery on her foot the day before to get a HUGE splinter of wood out of her foot...poor thing.
LOTS of girls participated in the party..it was nuts. Maya loved every minute of it!

Mason is 6!!!

My boy is 6. I gave him the option of dinner anywhere... and of course, he chose McDonald's. I will say on a week night it is quick, easy and cheap... especially compared to some other kid joints like Chuck E. Cheese. Mason was sporting a new hairdo... he told Nesha he wanted to fix his own hair for his birthday...so he combed it down as flat as he could get it with a lot of spray....
On a side note, he has been growing out his hair "like Troy" from High School Musical...also known as Zac Efron. (CUTIE!)

And having the Wii at home was a good bribe to get them out of there... Mason was excited to play some more. Maya polished her bowling skills.

Happy birthday to my sweet boy that I love....

Mason opens the Wii

It is hard to believe, but Mason will be 6. Together with Grandmother, Pops, Hidy & Gigi, we gave Mason a Wii for his birthday!

We let him open this stuff the night before his birthday because he was going to be off school on his birthday and we figured it would be fun for him to be able to play while he was home.

But when we got home, already at bed time, he just had to try it out.

Happy Easter

The kids had fun hunting eggs. Brian giving Maya some clues....

We all went to church the night before... so it was a leisurely morning for us. That was very nice and needed!!

Maya and Paloma being sweet.

The eight cousins. Eva NOT happy.

Everyone saying "EVA"...

The kids looking cute for Easter dinner.

The Bendaroos that I got for Mason and Maya were a big hit with all the kids. Definitely worth the $20! (and you can get them at Toys R Us, no need to order on TV and pay shipping)
