Halloween 2009

We had 2 other family friends over on Halloween so the kids could trick or treat together and the adults could hang out afterward. Mason had his first friend "sleep over" because his family was out of town. So all in all we had 7 kids and 6 adults. Two of the kids are under 1 year old and were in strollers and that was a good thing, because we had a hard time keeping up with 5 kids running wild from house to house.

Brian carved 2 pumpkins this year, both double T's again, it is hard to break that tradition!


Maya is helping baby Jaymes the chick to stand.

Maya is a bride and Mason is "Ben 10" from the show Ben 10 Alien Force.

Maya and Matthew as Inredible Hulk had so much fun together. They were so cute holding hands while trick or treating.

We got home and the kids got into the candy and played wildly. The 2 oldest kids of the bunch, Mason and Preston, asked to go to bed once they ran out of steam. The younger ones kept on playing... We all had a good time!

Lynsey's wedding

We went to Lynsey & David's wedding. We have known and worked with Lynsey's Mother, Cheryl for many years. And now Lynsey also works with us.

Fall Festival

The kids had fun at the Fall Festival at Mason's school. They both were pretty excited to get their faces painted. I didn't have my camera with me, but I got their pictures when we got home. Mason also was really looking forward to getting paint in his hair this year. Last year he discovered that booth when it was time to go home... so he has been waiting for this for a year.

Mason went for the scary look, a dracula and Maya went for the cute pink hearts on her face.

These 2 are the before looking into the dining and formal living rooms (lots of white)

And After.. new paint, new flooring and switched the living and formal dining rooms. The new red sitting room is still not complete, but we are working on it!

This was the upstairs bathroom before.... (and the people were still moving out, so that is their stuff too!)

After the stair case, I painted the rails and of course the walls got painted and my cross collection, and new carpet on the stairs...

And AFTER, the painted fireplace and shelves, paint on walls and new flooring... and tear out of the wall of windows making a large and open family room that I love!! (excuse the Halloween decor)

Paul & Stephanie's wedding continued!

We ended the night with the kids on the dance floor. Mason had some cool robot moves as well as some break dance moves that came out of no where!! Maya joined in, but her moves were no where near as wild.
