Maya is 5!!

Wow, my baby girl is 5 today. That doesn't seem right. Brian and I left work early to get to do a few things with her. I had promised to take her to Toys R Us to pick a toy out in addition to the other things we got her, mostly pretty dresses or clothes! So we did that, and of course, she picked a Barbie horse and a Barbie. She obsessed right now with horses and Barbies! After Toys R Us, we met up with Grandmother and Paula and went to the park to feed the ducks.

Then after feeding the ducks, who didn't seem very hungry... we went to Palio's for dinner. This was Maya's choice. The kids love to go there because they give them dough to play with AND if the weather is nice, they get to run around outside while we sit on the patio.

Grandmother and Paula brought special cookie with her name on it!!

And in addition to a cute bag, Susan brought Maya this fabulous cookie and popcorn bouquet!

My special girl had a great 5th birthday!

Frogs Soccer Fun

It was picture day for Team Frogs. So we had about 30 minutes to kill before the game. The kids had fun relaxing on Coach Kyle's "magic carpet." The "magic carpet" is basically their bench where they are to sit if they are not in the game.
Mason enjoyed laying in the sun.

They were well rested and ready to get after it when it was game time. Look at that boy run!

And what a great kick!

Mason did lots of corner kicks... he had an awesome game.

He had lots of fans cheering him on!

Little Diva took the glasses off my face!!

Game over, Mason and Campbell run in victorious!

Baby Ruby made her way into our world on March 24th!
Ruby is my newest niece, and my sister Angi's 5th child!

Mason and Maya were very anxious to meet and hold little Ruby!

Maya & Zoe's Pony Party

Mason and Maya were ready for the party to start!

The theme was PONY with 2 ponies coming for rides and a petting zoo. Although the calendar said it was Spring, there was snow on the ground when we woke up and cold cold wind in the forecast... This did not make me happy at all.
Gigi made the fabulous pony cake, so so cute.

The themed horses arrived, pure greatness. A Knight and Princess Pony came for the party.
And it was really cold, so we brought the petting zoo into the garage instead of our front yard. The pony rides were in the driveway to block a little wind. The kids didn't seem to notice... and seemed to have a great time!

Maya rode those ponies so so many times!! We definitely got our monies worth.

Chicks,

Bunnies,

Ducks, Goats, lots of kids and parents!

We sung to Zoe and then Maya!

Maya could not keep her hat on because of the wind...

Mason didn't want anything to do with the ponies, but he finally came out and really loved petting the bunnies...

Zoe and Maya surrounded by LOTS of gifts! These girls are loved!!

Landon and Mason enjoyed playing in all the tissue paper..
