These are some of the non Christmas pictures that they got. Mason and Maya were so cooperative and patient. We were at the studio for almost 2 1/2 hours - and the kids were very well behaved until the last 10 minutes or so. They got restless at that time, but mostly just lots of giggling and wiggling.
We went to the "cuddle up and read" and book fair at Mason's school. They both picked out several books. We really didn't do a lot of "cuddling" because Mason ad Maya were both excited with all the kids around and Mason wanted to show off his school. Maya posed quickly for me.
Mason and Maya love to climb in this little tree at Hidy and Gigi's. And they were really both happy here until.... Maya fell out and scratched her arm. She cried a lot, which is kind of unusual for injuries.. she is pretty tough little girl. Most of the reason she cried a lot is because I put medicine on it that I think burned. She was fine though a little later.
Fall soccer has come to an end. Mason and Maya's games were at the same time, luckily the fields are right next to each other. It was SO COLD!
Mason and his buddies cuddle to warm up on the bench. Maya's soccer party was supposed to be at the park immediately following the game. It was so cold that we were scrambling to come up with something indoors. Gigi was gracious enough to offer her house only a couple of blocks away. We took her up on it. The whole team and their families followed us to Hidy and Gigi's for some donuts and trophies.
The table perfectly sat the 10 member Wildcats team. They enjoyed their donuts and juice.
Trophy time was next. Maya just loves Coach Henry.
Zoe gets her trophy.
Mason cuddled with me on the coach. He was seeming sleepy.
Mason's party was right after that at Cici's. One of the other parents made a really neat video of the season. They gave each of the players a copy. The kids were really concentrating on the video.
I found these on Hidy and Gigi's camera too. I love them. Don't know who took them, but they are up close and clear. I hope I never forget all these little details -- they grow up and change too quick!
Our camera isn't working, so until we get a new one, I'm relying on others for photos to keep up my blog!
