Our Resort has an Infinity Pool...if you don't know what that is or have never seen one, they are awesome. The pools looks like it just goes into the ocean. We took a picture so you could see - but in person it is even more cool. We really enjoyed hanging over it and watching the waves.
The first picture is the view from the pool and the next 2 pictures are the view from the ocean - not the infinity part of it...

Wow - how beautiful! I've never been to Mexico (unless you count the time our cruise ship docked in Cozumel on our honeymoon...but I was too sick to take more than a few steps on land before I headed back our cabin!) :( I'd love to go someday, though!
