Soccer Party

It was Mason's last soccer game of the season. One of the (I think) 4 goals Mason made for the game was when he kicked it off and it went straight past the whole other team and into the goal! He was as surprised as everyone else and immediately looked over to all of us on the side line and said "WHAT THE HECK?!?!?!" with a huge smile on his face.
We had an end of the season party at the park after the game.

For about a month Mason had been asking about having a play date with his little friend McKinley. He FINALLY got his wish and went to play with McKinley earlier in the week. I'm sure he was happy to get to sit by her for donuts and juice.


We all just love Coach Henry. He is so great with the kids. And I think Maya knows she could get what she wanted from him. She had asked me for a juice box and I wanted to make sure the whole team got one first, I didn't know if there were extras -- so I had kind of tried to hold her off. She promptly goes over to Coach Henry... and of course Coach Henry jumps to get her a juice. She has him wrapped around her finger.


Mason was thrilled to get his soccer trophy!
