We drove down to Port Aransas this year with no over night stop. The kids really did great in the car. All three families made it to town within about 30 minutes of each other around dinner time. The kids were ready to burn some energy...and they did.
The girls stayed very busy playing dolls and the boys were just wild. Running, screaming, jumping...just typical wild boy behavior.
