13 months - Maya

Maya was 13 months old on Saturday. She is quite a busybody. She is a good communicator so far. If she can't say what it is she wants, she is very good and telling you in some way.

In addition to the words I reported her saying on her 11 month old post she says:

Baabul = Bottle
Yeah = Yeah
Aabble = Apple
Nanana = Banana
Kacka = cracker
Kaakie = cookie
No = No
Moma = Paloma
Didi = Gigi
Iidy = Hidy
Iight = Light
Emey = Emmitt
Ewoaw = Hello
Top = STOP
Bapaa = Backpack (from Dora)
Shew = Shoe
Cakey = Blankie

There may be more that I am not remembering... and then she just babbles about all kinds of stuff....

You may have noticed that a lot of her words revolve around food. She likes to eat. She comes by that honestly. She is a bit like a dog, though, finding stuff on the floor and eating it. She has even tried dirt, sand, grass and leaves..... It is better than the alternative.... My other Child doesn't try anything new!!

She LOVES to bounce around and dance to music. She gets her hips actually going from side to side... it is so funny.
