Port Aransas

The first time I remember going to Port Aransas was in Junior High with my good friend, Wendy. Her family went there a LOT and for sure they made it a family vacation every summer. They were nice enough to include me on their family fun. Since then, I have been to Port Aransas countless times with Wendy. Sometimes with all girls in College, and then later with our boyfriends, fiances, husbands, and now families. About 8 years ago (I think), Wendy, Chris, Janet, Derek, Brian and I all went to Port Aransas. That started the tradition of the 3, now families, that go every year together to Port A. Sadly, Derek, Janet and Maddox had to cancel at the last minute.... Derek has a Grandmother in the hospital.
We were sad that they couldn't go and we missed them.

However, the Elder and Harris families had a GREAT time. The kids did so well playing together this year. It was very fun to see them all together. SOOOO, I have a lot of pictures.














We read a lot of books to the kids over the weekend. This was near bed time one night - Wendy reading to Luke, Mason, and Parker out on the balcony.



Here Luke and Maya were having breakfast together. I didn't have any kind of highchair to put Maya in - so she is just sitting on the table!
