Another out of order post. Paloma's Dora Adventure Birthday party was Sept. 20. Of course, Angi planned yet another very creative birthday party. Each of her 4 kids dressed as a character from Dora the Explorer, of course Paloma as Dora.
Gabe was Swiper and during his first mission to swipe a letter, Mason and the other kids chased him down.
Carmen was The Map, and she was a little embarrassed, but it was really cute.Lauren and Zoe looking cute...
David was the Grumpy Old Troll.
Baby Eva was Boots the Monkey.
Maya wasn't dressed up when we arrived, but when Angi mentioned she had something Maya could wear, she was very excited to be "Daisy" who is Dora's cousin. The costume was really a dance costume / tutu -- right up Maya's alley. We have since taken that tutu home and it is worn often! (ooops, sorry Angi)Gigi made the adorable Dora House cake!
Toward the end of the adventure, there was a pinata, which the kids ALWAYS enjoy! Maya had fun swinging at it.
Mason took his turn VERY seriously and got some great whacks in.
