We were pretty excited about getting to Magic Kingdom, and Maya especially about seeing Cinderella's castle! Again we rushed out of the hotel to make the 8:00 a.m. shuttle to arrive at the park before the gates opened. Our plan told us that Dumbo is something we should do first because it stays packed all day. Kind of strange, because it isn't much of a ride, but the tips were true. We stood in line for probably 15-20 minutes to ride it and the kids did like it... everytime we passed by it later in the day, it was busy.
Right across from Dumbo was Cinderella's Carousel horses... I lost count how many times we rode this, but that was okay because there was rarely ever a wait, and if there was a wait, it was just a few minutes. Maya liked this a lot, probably because it was associated with Cinderella..who is her favorite Disney princess...and who she dressed like that day!

And here she is with her castle...princess Cinderella. She was addressed as "Princess" all day long by "cast members" and just other people in the park. She loved that.
We Buzz Lightyear ride was pretty fun, we got in pretty quick and had fast passes for later too.
My caged children with the evil emperor ZURG!
And we were doing a little shopping when we spotted BUZZ meeting with people. We ran to get in line and probably waited less than 10 minutes, so that was great.Maya wanted to be carried a lot. If we didn't carry her, a lot of the time, she walked so slow. So, Brian gave in and threw her up on his shoulders....happy princess.

We rode the Pirates of the Carribean and we did like it. It was nice for cooling off and getting off our feet for a bit. The line was not long at all.
Brian really wanted to do the Snow White's Scary Adventure... Maya was not so sure. The word "scary" really threw her off. We coerced her to ride along.... look at her worried face as we enter...
But she liked to see the happy ending!
We found a great cool place to eat lunch and Mason got to hoola.
And the carousel horses again....
We got positioned for the Dreams Come True parade early to get a good spot. Again, it was hot...and Maya was sleepy, but at least not cranky! She used Brian's backpack for support.
Hanging out waiting for the parade...

We were very excited to see Cinderella. She saw Maya in her Cinderella costume and pointed down and waved very sweetly at Maya. Maya was happy to be noticed!
And Belle...
And Brian's favorite, Ariel..
And Jesse greeted us...

We also rode the Peter Pan Ride, It's a Small World, and at the end of the day we had fast passes we used for Splash Mountain and The Big Thunder Mountain railroad. We loved those 2 rides, very fun. I was a little worried about taking Maya on them, but she shrilled with laughter and really loved it. And I knew Mason would love them and he did...even had his hands in the air.
We had a good day at Magic Kingdom!

The next picture is gross... but I could not leave it out! While we waited for our shuttle, Maya kicked off her crocs....her feet were NASTY!
