Cosmetics & Boat Adventure

Parker brought along some of her make up. Maya got all in the middle of that. I had no idea what they were doing, but Maya came out looking like this. PRETTY! ;)

You can see she has stuff smeared all over her face and in her hair. She sure had fun though.

After we came back from the beach, we swam in the pool and then later we all went back in the condo where the kids played non stop. We planned to take the boat out that evening before dinner. In the less than 5 minute car ride to get to Wendy's Aunts house where the boat was docked, Maya fell asleep. I carried her, put her in the boat, put on a life jacket all with out her ever waking up. She was OUT COLD. I kept making sure she was actually breathing because nothing seemed to startle her. But I guess this is what happens to a child who normally sleeps till 8 or 9 every morning and takes a 2-3 hour nap everyday -- but on vacation gets up before 7 a.m. goes to bed LATE LATE LATE and has no nap. (not to mention plays really hard all day long)

Luke and Maddox were awake and ready to go.

And Mason was ready to DRIVE! As we started going, we had to go slow thru the canal, but once out, we picked up speed and immediately Mason says "THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN' ABOUT!!!!"

Parker is her Mother's Daughter. (that big smile!)

Maya finally woke up --with a little help from me. I didn't want her to miss out on everything.

Mason is "KING OF THE WORLD"

Maya and Parker enjoying the ride and the view!

Mason got to drive the boat and he was thrilled...

Of course, that started a trend and all the kids had to have a turn. Including Maya. She looks pretty serious about it!

This picture of Luke cracks me up -- he kept scaring Janet and I, leaning over the boat and all kinds of things -- so this face to me says "what did I do now?" (Mason took this picture of Luke, so I really don't know what the face is about.

Mason took some pretty funny pictures while he had my camera. Beside the fact that our heads are cut off, this one of Wendy and I is pretty cute. Mason made us put our arms like we have them! Ha ha.
